We've trained hundreds of people and built the processes we're teaching. This isn't theory borrowed from a certification course - it's how we ran teams ourselves. How it works
Two half-days, with a gap in between where it actually sinks in.
Half-day 1: Foundations and first skills The AI-vs-automation lens, applied to a worked example, plus first content drafting practice.
In-between: Applied to real work 1–2 weeks where the team uses it on live tasks. No formal homework, just doing the job with the new lens on.
Half-day 2: Refine and expand, review what worked, then repurposing, tweaks, and a shared prompt library.
A single day is available if speed matters more than depth.
